Exchange and Returns:

- We do not offer exchanges or returns for orders once they have been placed.
- However, we understand that alterations may be necessary. In such cases, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you with the necessary adjustments.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with stains or damages that are a result of an error on our end (defective products or manufacturing defects), we are committed to resolving the issue.

Estimated Delivery Time:

We strive to deliver your order within the following timelines:

Domestic Orders (within India): Minimum delivery timeline is 5 business days, and the maximum delivery timeline is 10 business days.

International Orders: Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. Approx. 10-15 days. Please contact us for estimated delivery times to your specific location.

Defective Products or Manufacturing Defects:

- Customers must report any defective products or manufacturing defects to us within 5 days of receiving the order.

- We will assess the situation and, if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part, we will offer a resolution, which may include a store credit.

- The store credit issued will be valid for a period of 9 months from the date of issue.

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of any damages.

Conditions for Store Credit:

- Store credit issued is non-transferable and can only be used on www.silverstitch.in or www.silverstitch.co.in or at our store in New Delhi.
- The store credit must be used within the specified validity period.
- Any unused store credit after the expiration date will be forfeited.
